A fresh and spicy wine made from the interesting local grape variety, Žilavka. Flavours of lemon and white peach make this characterful wine perfect with simply grilled fish. While the lingering white pepper finish is ideal as an accompaniment to antipasti or delicate pork fricassee.

TASTE GUIDE - Dry
The Žilavka should be kept in a cool, dark, dry place at a constant temperature. The optimum temperature to store Žilavka is between 10-12oC (50 to 55oF) ideally in a cellar or wine fridge is preferred.
Bottles should also be stored on their side to keep the cork moist and prevent air from entering. Screw cap bottles can be stored upright.
